What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your dog’s name and size.
• When you use the site: standard technical and usage data (via cookies and analytics), such as the pages you view and basic device/browser information.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To run the waitlist and email you about your spot and our launch — on the basis of your consent (given when you sign up) and our legitimate interest in running our business.
• To understand how the site performs, improve it, and make our marketing more relevant — on the basis of your consent (for non-essential cookies) and our legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our service, and only share what they need to do their job:

• Klaviyo — to store your details and send our emails.
• Shopify — to host our website.
• Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure how the site performs and, where you’ve consented, to make our advertising more relevant.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies to run the site, and — with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your choices any time via the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and no longer than we need to.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or email hello@onegoodchew.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
